Packages are designed to help you narrow down your search. These packages have been specially put together to give you more bang for your buck. Photography isn’t a cheap industry, let’s be honest, but our packages are super affordable. Below are 3 easy steps you can take when it comes to selecting a package.
Step 1: Have a free consultation via phone or email. Communication is key. A consultation is advised before you select a package so that way we are on the same page - you understanding what you need and us understanding what we should provide. It’s all about us being as transparent as possible without any surprise fees or misunderstanding.
Step 2: Once you’ve had a consultation, head over to the “booking” page to select a day and time that’s convenient for you. This is absolutely free. It’s also only considered a request (not guaranteed). We wouldn’t want to double book… awkward! You should receive a follow up confirmation call or email regarding the day and time you’ve selected. If we need to select a different time and day, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Step 3: Ready to go! After you’ve received the green light, you should head over to the “package” page to select the package we’ve agreed on. Enter a promo code, if applicable, for a discount.

Of course, packages can definitely be upgraded when available. We encourage you to have a consultation prior to selecting a package to give you a better idea of how to select the right package and what you would need. You wouldn’t want to bite off more than you can chew. If an upgrade is available, you’d only have to pay the difference in price for the next package up. For example, if you want to upgrade from a $250 matte package to a $350 glossy package, it’s only a $100 difference. It doesn’t matter when you upgrade your package, however, please be advised that if an upgrade is available there is an added $50 fee when upgrading 72 hours before the session.
Yes, yes, yes! We actually encourage you to reach out to us before you select a package. We are able to answer any questions you may have via telephone or email. These types of conversations helps us gain a better perspective of what you’re looking for and helps you choose the right package (and ultimately save money).
Absolutely… as long as you change your mind within 72 hours after purchasing your package. We’re pretty chill so we understand that sometimes s#!* happens but please keep in mind that certain changes are beyond our control - so refunds may be limited depending on the circumstance.
